extra room for storage or whatever. Pool and Gym available to use in complex. Nice quiet community, There is TV points in rooms. Large Sliding Walk in wardrobe with shelving.
Dishwasher and screens on window, Good sized kitchen modern appliances. House is furnished nicely. Smallish private back courtyard and small garden area. Good natural air flow also. Smoking is strictly outside
Me: 39yr old, Responsible, clean and tidy. I normally watch TV or listening to music. I am not a messy person and I keep the place clean but Im not anal either. I do like a clean house. Im easygoing and good hearted, My friends would say you would be completely safe here. Im normal as far as eating goes often using BBQ for meat etc. I'm a New Zealander not maori lol. I recently separated from my Ex so now need someone to share my unit. The lease expires February but providing all good I'm happy to renew at the end. I keep the inside and outside clean I weed gardens. I have good sense of humour. I have my own business also but I work fulltime.
The Cat: Piston is his name, he is a russian blue. He has major character and sometimes attitude but is not aggressive, I look after him, but every 6 weeks when i go away 2 nights would be nice if you could feed him for me. He kinda does his own thing and is housetrained.
The Position: The room is available from 28 October 2013.
I just want someone reliable to share with and hassle free living respecting each others space and property etc.
I'm asking $165 for room but open to options
