Couple looking for a quiet person to share a new unit in DAKABIN, Queensland for sale

Main bedroom with en suite unfurnished room. Looking for someone who is quiet and is independent. Will have a dog at the property so hopefully this isn't a concern for you. We both work full-time and are quiet but polite people. The $200/wk is for rent and the rest of the bills will be divided equally. Up to the tenant if they want share food or cook for themselves as we are very easy going and are hapy to work either way. I am a chef and my partner works as a sales rep so we won't keep you up to late at night. Property isn't available til the 26th October but will put up some unfinished pictures on the 12th October. Property is located in Murrumba downs in a new estate. Bond will be 2 weeks rent. Looking forward to meeting some prospective tennants.
